Homogenization is another step that follows the footsteps of pasteurization for eradicating fat. The milk is heated for lowering the fat content. The flat particles are likely to float on the milk soon after the homogenization process concludes.


Final Process: Filling out each carton or bag with the milk products constitutes the final procedure. The projected life span of each product and their manufacturing dates are mentioned in the cartons. From the milk processing plant, the products are distributed to different parts of the country.
