How Does Soft Drink Machine Work?
The temperature of a machine is lowered to ensure a proper dissolution of CO2. Alternatively, a carbonator may even be used for increasing the CO2 gas pressure. Pressure gets increased when water is forced with the help of booster pumps.
The soft drink is rightly prepared when the flavored syrup is properly blended with soda water. The carbonated water and syrup get blended and come out via the nozzle; the nozzle remains activated once the customer pulls down on the lever. The syrup often gets stored in plastic bags to which a few tubes are inserted. Air pressure is used to drive the plastic bags in delivering the soda flavors.
The drink stays cold with the help of the ice bin. A rotary device is attached to the ice dispenser that pushes the ice until it reaches the opening. The ice falls out of the opening through a chute and is poured over the drink. The ice cubes are stored inside a bin at the bottom.

A machine delivering soft drinks appears in numerous sizes and shapes. It bears a few unique components of the support equipment. Much of the space is occupied by the CO2 tank and the syrup boxes. The 11”x15”x” syrup boxes can hold 5 gallons of syrup.
To optimize the production space, the operators need to configure the syrup pumps in several ways. For occupying less of horizontal space, you can mount it sideways. You may even place it in either multiple rows or columns if they don’t fit in any specific row or column.
